CANCELLATION POLICY
Tickets are 100% non refundable. Miami Aqua Tours are the only ones allowed to cancel the event only in case of a storm or damages. If this does happen the clients will be notifed and a new date will be scheduled. This policy applies to tickets that are purchased directly through our Website, sales kiosks, or telephone numbers. There will be NO REFUNDS.
